Back by popular demand, the Artist's Kid's Peg Stilts are cleverly designed, metal strap on stilts for kids. The weight and balance is distributed evenly because the centre of the foot is positioned directly above the bottom of the stilt. The moving footplate allows the ankle to move much more naturally than traditional strap on stilts. 

The new design has replaced the wooden footplate with a new ABS plastic solid-cast foot plate and the wooden stilt leg has been replaced with fibreglass. The heel fitting is an integrated part of the solid cast footplate. It provides room for a broad foot and the strap is all in one without any riveted joints. Replacing the strap is easily done.&nbspAll parts are replaceable.

• Height of foot plate from floor: 15 (39 cm)
• Footplate length: 27.5cm (11) 
• Footplate width: 10cm (4) (important if shoes are wider than this they will not fit!)
• Individual stilt weight: 1.54 kg (3 lbs 6 oz)
• Distance between foot plate and knee strap: 40cm (15.5). (IMPORTANT: The strap should be secured somewhere between the upper part of the calf and the lowest point of the knee.)
